Ingredients:
• favourite pie crust
• 3 blocks Philadelphia Cream cheese regular
• 3/4 white sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 can pumpkin puree 796 ml
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1-2 dashes nutmeg
• 1-2 dashes cloves

To assemble begin with spreading out your gingerbread cookie dough, or favourite pie crust in an 9 inch spring form pan. Next in a large bowl begin to mix with beaters, cream cheese and sugar until soft. Next add your eggs, 1 at a time while mixing. Refrain from mixer and use wooden spoon to stir in pumpkin puree. Add favourite spices and pour into spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Enjoy
