Cream Cheese Dip

Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 block of cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 jar of pesto ( 250ml)
- 1 jar of sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- salt/pepper
- saran wrap
- 1 box of crackers
To assemble: Whip softened cream cheese and add garlic powder, salt and pepper to cheese mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and combine. Next cover a deep bowl with saran wrap and cover all sides. To proceed start with adding 1 layer of pesto ( 1/3) to bottom of dish. Next add a layer of cream cheese followed by a layer of chopped sun dried tomatoes. Than repeat steps beginning with pesto. Cover and chill for about 1 hour or overnight if desired. To serve flip bowl over and remove saran wrap. Place on serving dish surrounded by crackers. Optional add basil leaf for garnish. Enjoy.
