In a food processor pulse peppers until finely chopped. Take peppers to skillet and add oil. Turn stove top on to medium heat and light cook for about 5 minutes. Make sure not to burn peppers. Turn off heat add a dash of salt and pepper and let cool until caning. Peppers will last in your fridge for months or in a dry cool place. Enjoy

Hot Pepper Sauce “ Bomba” Ingredients: 4 cups hot we use habanero –any kind will work 1 cup vegetable oil salt/pepper To assemble: In a food processor pulse peppers until finely chopped.... [get the recipe]
To assemble add chopped bacon to a warm skillet. Lightly brown, than add chopped onion, salt pepper and garlic. If needed add a dash of olive oil to skillet. On medium low heat brown. Next add tomato juice and fresh basil. Stir. Proceed with adding the vodka shot and let simmer in sauce for about 5 minutes. This will burn off the alcohol content in the vodka while enhancing the flavour. Lastly, add the fresh whipped cream along with the cheese. Turn off sauce and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with desired pasta of choice. Enjoy.
